400 Cor-Bon is a production cartridge that is essentially a .45ACP cartridge necked down to fire 10mm Auto bullets.  All else being equal, we favor the usage of bottlenecked cartridges such as this because of the increased feed reliability in semi-automatics and also because of the theoretical propellant burn gains that are introduced by the presence of the bottleneck.
