Construction notes:

These bullets are not offered for sale commercially.  They were made by turning the base off of a Hornady 85gr XTP JHP.  Use a 5/16” collet to secure the bullet in a lathe.  Using a standard carbide cutter tool, come in at 0.2mm/rev until 0.068” has been taken off of the base.  This should yield a 71gr XTP bullet.  Deburr the base and load as normal.
